The first hypnotherapy session will be around 90 minutes long, giving us plenty of time to talk through exactly what you need help with and to work on the best way for you to achieve the results you want. For some clients one or two sessions may be enough, but for others I can offer block bookings at a reduced fee, if that is something you would be interested in.
