A few of my clients have said that just talking to me makes them feel better. I thought about this and it occurred to me that there are many people who don’t want Hypnotherapy, or any therapy at all. They just want to talk to someone who is kind, non judgemental and not emotionally involved with them.

So that’s where Hilary’s Talking Sessions come in. A safe place where you can just talk about anything you need to get off your chest knowing that you’re being heard. And hopefully when the session is over you will feel lighter, and things will seem clearer than before.

“I recently had a talking session with Hilary following struggles in my personal life, battling addiction and the break up of my relationship.
